Job Title: Construction Marketing Manager
Location: Metro Detroit (Onsite)
Compensation: Pay range starts at $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Job Summary:
As the Construction Marketing Manager, you will spearhead marketing initiatives that amplify our client’s brand and attract new clients in the construction sector. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership, sales teams, and external vendors to create and execute compelling marketing strategies tailored to the construction industry’s unique landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote construction services and projects.
Manage the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, and presentations.
Oversee digital marketing efforts, such as website management, SEO, PPC campaigns, and social media.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and target audiences in the construction sector.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, presenting actionable insights to stakeholders.
Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and communications.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 7 years of experience in marketing.
Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and techniques.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.
