We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing & Project Manager to lead the online presence of a leadership coaching brand. This is a dynamic role perfect for an individual who excels at content management, digital strategy, and project coordination, while maintaining a strong focus on branding and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive lead generation, and maximize audience engagement.
Manage and execute social media marketing campaigns across multiple platforms with a keen eye for growth and brand consistency.
Take charge of end-to-end project management, including developing and maintaining detailed project plans, timelines, and performance reports.
Oversee and optimize digital performance metrics including Google Analytics, SEO strategies, and paid ad campaigns.
Lead the production and management of podcasts, videos, and audio content to engage and expand the target audience.
Oversee email marketing campaigns, CRM management, and marketing automation to nurture leads and build strong customer relationships.
Analyze, report, and optimize marketing performance, ensuring all initiatives are aligned with business objectives and delivering measurable results.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive project delivery and alignment with overall business strategy.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in both digital marketing and project management, including content creation, social media, SEO, and paid advertising.
Expertise in Google Analytics, SEO, paid ads, and audience targeting.
Experience in podcast and video production is a plus.
Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, innovate, and make data-driven decisions.
Previous experience in the coaching industries is preferred.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a strong results-driven mindset.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to lead projects and influence cross-functional teams.

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
