Position: Â Assistant Director (Media Operations)
You lead a team responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the Digital and Intelligence Service’s (DIS) external and internal communications campaigns to achieve strategic communications (SC) outcomes.
Together with your team, you develop media and publicity plans to support DIS communications objectives and ensure internal stakeholders are informed about DIS Â addition, you formulate and execute crisis communications plans to manage incidents and crises, preserving and strengthening public trust and confidence in the DIS.You also collaborate with internal partners to develop media collaterals for DIS media channels.
Your challenges lie in working in a
fast-paced environment
with short media cycle deadlines, maintaining close coordination with relevant DIS agencies, staying abreast of events and news, and creatively portraying the DIS with interesting angles and visuals.
Minimum Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Communications, Psychology, International Relations, Social Sciences, or related fields.
At least 6 years’ relevant work experience in public communications, corporate communications, or marketing.
