Position Summary

ECPI University is seeking a Marketing Operations & Project Manager to drive the execution of marketing initiatives by ensuring seamless coordination between department leaders across Inbound, Outbound, Creative, Web, and other teams. This role is part of the Systems, Automations, and Operations Team and is responsible for project facilitation, workflow optimization, and process improvement, ensuring marketing projects and campaigns move efficiently through the pipeline. The ideal candidate will be a strategic problem-solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to connect the right people to the right resources to drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Project Coordination & Execution

Serve as the primary point of coordination for marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams.
Monitor and track project milestones, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
Maintain clear lines of communication between teams, ensuring projects remain on schedule.
Assist in refining and implementing workflow improvements to optimize marketing execution.
Ensure proper use and adoption of Wrike as the primary project management tool.

Cross-Team Collaboration & Communication

Act as a facilitator between department leaders, ensuring collaboration across Inbound, Outbound, Creative, Web, and Enrollment teams.
Connect stakeholders to the right resources, ensuring timely execution of marketing priorities.
Support team leads in organizing project plans, deliverables, and execution strategies.
Work closely with the CRM and Automation specialists to ensure smooth handoffs between marketing teams and automated processes.

Marketing Process & Workflow Optimization

Evaluate existing marketing workflows and project tracking methods, recommending enhancements to improve efficiency.
Develop and refine SOPs, playbooks, and execution frameworks to improve cross-team collaboration.
Identify opportunities to streamline Wrike project tracking and enhance team productivity.
Work alongside leadership to ensure automation processes align with project execution needs.

Creative & Brand Coordination

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials in collaboration with the Director of Brand and Creative.
Act as a quality control checkpoint, ensuring assets meet marketing objectives before distribution.
Support the execution of branding initiatives by coordinating assets, timelines, and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in marketing project management, operations, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, ensuring alignment across diverse teams.
Experience working with cross-functional marketing teams and external vendors.
Background in higher education marketing is a plus but not required.
Proficiency in Wrike as the project management tool and experience with HubSpot as the CRM system.
