Our team is looking for a full time Assistant Floor Manager for a locally owned fashion boutique. As Assistant Floor Manager, the following duties will be required:
MUST LOVE FASHION & HELPING OTHERS TO FIND THEIR DREAM OUTFIT!
Providing and inspiring the team to give excellent customer service!
Driving sales and pushing the team to hit store sales goals!
Training employees & employee management alongside the Store Manager.
Keeping up with operational procedures to maintain a fast paced store (replenishing backstock, light housekeeping, light merchandising.)

REQUIREMENTS:
Required to work 32 – 40 hours as needed. (If employee needs 40 hours, Store Manager will work with the assistant manger’s schedule.)
Required to work minimum of 2 Saturdays per month.
Some evenings and holidays will be required.
Will be required to work Black Friday weekend and Tax free weekend.
Management experience is required.
Retail experience is a plus.
Social Media Marketing, Including Facebook, Instagram, Snap Chat, etc is a plus.
Experience with Shopify is a plus.
*PAY IS HOURLY PLUS COMMISSION & BASED ON EXPERIENCE*
