The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and digital marketing, with a keen eye for aesthetics and storytelling. You will play a crucial role in shaping our visual identity and ensuring a consistent brand message across all channels.
Compensation:
50,000+ Based on experience
Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and manage social media marketing strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Create high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content for social media, print materials, email campaigns, and the company website.
Design and produce marketing collateral, including flyers, brochures, signage, advertisements, and presentations.
Manage social media calendars, posting schedules, and community engagement to maximize audience reach and interaction.
Work closely with the real estate team to highlight property listings, company achievements, and industry insights.
Analyze performance metrics and adjust content strategies to optimize engagement and lead generation.
Stay up to date with design trends, real estate market insights, and emerging social media trends.
Qualifications:
Expertise in current trends on all social media platforms
Applicant should be a strong project manager with excellent communication skills and time management skills
