Responsibilities:
– Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations
– Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
– Supervise and train employees, including conducting employee orientation and providing ongoing coaching and feedback
– Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
– Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels
– Handle cash register operations and process transactions
– Utilize point-of-sale (POS) system for sales transactions
– Maintain a clean and organized store environment
– Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement marketing strategies

Skills:
– Strong knowledge of wireless sales and retail industry trends
– Proficiency in operating cash registers and POS systems
– Basic math skills for handling transactions, calculating discounts, etc.
– Ability to effectively supervise and lead a team of employees
– Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer issues in a professional manner
– Experience in retail sales and achieving sales targets
