About the role

Shape and maintain alrajhi bank Malaysia’s brand identity across all communication channels.This position is heavily focused on graphic design and visual content creation, responsible for the development and production of high-quality marketing materials, including visual, audio, and video content. This encompasses a wide range of deliverables, such as marketing collateral (brochures, leaflets, posters), engaging social media content, website graphics and updates, internal newsletters, branch merchandising displays, and other visual assets.

What will you do:

Technical and functional resource for in-house creative capabilities to ensure cost efficiency and turnaround time.

Create and manage visual branding guidelines and design standards, coordinating the appearance of all print and electronic materials such as website, use of logo, brochures, and other collateral material.

Provide bank wide design input to corporate branding and identity.

Design, create and produce promotional / communication materials to support marketing / corporate objectives e.g. direct marketing mailers, XHTML/HTML promotional emails, product brochures, customer materials, newsletters, promotional, and other collateral materials.

Implement changes to communication materials in conjunction with required branding guidelines, including coordinating artwork and design.

Custodian of branding and communication elements, including but not limited to maintaining softcopies of logo files and marketing communication materials.

Ensure all round compliance of creative material to all brand elements including corporate and visual identity and brand value proposition.

Provide quality control over concepts and projects to ensure brand consistency. Liaise with Compliance, Legal, Shariah, and Ops Risk to ensure all communication materials are in compliance prior to execution.

Support in managing engagements and events. Responsibilities include setting up booth, developing visual design and multimedia execution and technical configurations including set-up such as location, room setup, and audio-visual requirements.

Support in the execution (and uploading) of digital media marketing and internal campaigns including web page design, content on corporate website, customized web portals and intranets, social media, and content management systems.

Design Development: Create visual concepts and graphics for campaigns, events branding, digital and print collaterals.

Visual Consistency: Ensure all creative outputs are aligned with corporate identity and project objectives and deliver visually cohesive and brand-consistent designs.

Idea conceptualization: Work closely with the team to brainstorm and develop innovative design ideas that reflect the theme and objectives.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and ensuring quality standards are maintained.

Producing short-form innovative digital content for the website, digital applications, and social media channels.

Ability to work independently from creative concept to execution.

Manage communications via branches and other channels through timely development of notices, posters, and other required collaterals for print and online channels.

Guide the branches in the branch merchandising displays for branding consistency in line with merchandising guidelines and processes.
