MOH Office for Healthcare Transformation (MOHT) aims to shape the future of healthcare in Singapore by developing and experimenting with game-changing, systems-level innovations in healthcare delivery and the
promotion
of good health.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Supporting the development and implementation of1) an effective narrative and communications strategy that articulates the platform’s objectives and value and2) a suite of collaterals, outreach and programmes on data sharing governance and best practices.
Monitoring and assessment of stakeholders’ opinions, perceptions and attitudes towards data sharing, privacy, and confidentiality to guide
communication
plans.
Working with vendors, training providers and stakeholders to develop content for the platform’s users e.g. infographics, videos, user manuals & guides.
The platform’s public relations matters and crafting of media materials to manage media queries, prepare and support spokespersons. Media materials include but not limited to press release, media factsheets, media FAQs.Maintaining the platform’s owned communications tools, e.g. stakeholder-facing reports, newsletters, and the website (including a member’s resource and training portal).Beyond the platform, support development
communication
materials to articulate Singapore’s research and data sharing strategies and value capture.
JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in strategic communications, corporate communications and / or scientific or
advocacy
communications.
Minimum bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or related field.
Sensitivity to
diverse
audiences and demonstrated sound judgement about messaging.
Demonstrated ability in desktop publishing, copywriting, social media, event management and the distillation of complex concepts into layperson language is desirable.
Versatile in working independently.

Plus the communications, media and engagement teams within the Ministry of Health, partner research institutions (e.g. A
* STAR, local medical schools and hospital clusters) and private industry.
Candidates with work experience on any of the following will be considered favourably:
Prior experience in healthcare, research or government sectors
Experience in leading social media campaigns and evaluation of such campaigns
Experience in
education
or CET administration
