Assistant Manager/Specialist – Digital and Performance Marketing
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development: Â Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to the B2B market, including SEO, SEM, Linked In, Facebook ads, email marketing, and content marketing.
Campaign Management: Â Plan, implement, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, social media (Linked In, facebook) ads, etc.), Account based marketing to drive traffic, generate high intent leads, and increase
brand awareness
.
Social Media management & Content Creation: Â Develop engaging and relevant content for the Performance ads and social media platforms to drive services discoverability and leads for enterprise businesses.
Analytics and Reporting: Â Monitor, Analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM systems. Use data to make informed decisions and optimize strategies.
Market Research: Â Conduct research to stay
up-to-date
with industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour in the B2b travel and lifestyle market.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and Operations teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives and support lead generation and client acquisition.
Brand Management: Â Maintain and enhance the company’s online presence, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging across all digital channels.
Budget Management
: Â Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve desired results.
Qualifications:
– Â Â Â Â Â Â Experience: 2- 3 years of digital marketing experience. (B2b marketing experience preferred)

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:
• Experience in developing and managing digital marketing campaigns.

• Well versed with Microsoft excel and Power Point
