Job Description
Develop and implement a digital strategy to achieve business goals
Collaborate with digital initiatives inside and outside Nissan
Demonstrate excellent digital skills and knowledge of marketing techniques for both customers (CX) and employees (SX)
Design and lead digital strategy implementation in ASEAN market
Set clear digital objectives
Improve data visibility to measure activity effectiveness and monitor KPIs
Create VLP template for new model launches
Generate innovative and brand-new digital activity ideas
Train internal members and local marketing team to utilize digital tools like website and social media
Suggest new method/workflow for better operations and customer experience
Qualifications
At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fiel
5 year experience in Digital Marketing, Customer Experience
Strong analytical skills
Experience in digital marketing and project management
Basic marketing knowledge and familiarity with digital channels, especially website
English communication skills
SEO, analytics, and website creation skills are a plus but not required, as vendor support is available
