POSITION OVERVIEW
The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that drive marketing strategies and campaigns. This role involves working closely with the marketing team to track performance against KPIs and make data-driven recommendations. The Marketing Analyst will also execute campaigns in HubSpot and SalesForce as well as support the selection and implementation of tools and platforms that enhance marketing activities and ensure the accuracy and integrity of marketing data.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Data Analysis and Insights
Provide recommendations for data-driven marketing strategies based on insights and analysis.
Analyze marketing KPIs to ensure performance against objectives and identify trends and areas for improvement.
Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, prospect behavior, the ABM, and MQL to SQL journey, and market trends to inform strategic marketing decisions.
Support the selection and implementation of marketing tools and platforms for executing marketing functions and analysis.
Reporting and Dashboards
Provide regular reports and dashboards to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and outreach touchpoints.
Develop and maintain real-time dashboards that offer visibility into key marketing metrics and trends.
Present findings to the marketing team and VP of Marketing, translating data into actionable insights in a clear and cohesive narrative.
Campaign Execution
Execute marketing campaigns per Marketing Managers campaign strategy.
Consult with Marketing Managers to align on execution parameters and timeline.
Participate in campaign planning to map interactions/touchpoints to expected behaviors and measure impact.
Data Management and Integrity
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of marketing data by conducting regular audits and data cleaning activities aligned with the company’s data governance process.
Collaborate with the Reporting & Analytics, IT & Engineering, Sales and Marketing teams to maintain a clean and reliable marketing database.
Establish processes for data collection, storage, and analysis to improve data quality and accessibility within the marketing division.
Collaboration and Support
Work closely with the marketing team to understand their data needs and provide campaign & analytical support.
Support the marketing team in analyzing A/B testing to optimize campaigns and strategies.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Analytical and Technical Proficiency
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, SQL, or similar.
Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other marketing technologies.
Reporting and Communication
Excellent reporting skills with the ability to create clear, concise, and visually appealing reports and dashboards and presentations.
Strong communication skills, capable of presenting data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Attention to Detail and Problem-Solving
High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
Project Management
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing analytics or a related role.
Proven track record of using data to drive marketing strategies and improve campaign performance.
Experience using HubSpot for campaign execution and KPI tracking.
Familiarity with SalesForce.
Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices in data management.
Knowledge, experience and an overall curiosity leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) for optimization of business practices

Salary Range: $80,000+ commensurate with experience and qualifications.
