– Marketing Role Overview:
The Assistant Marketing Manager supports the Marketing team in executing and overseeing various marketing campaigns and initiatives. This position plays a pivotal role in driving
brand awareness

customer engagement
, and overall marketing success by coordinating day-to-day marketing activities, managing cross-functional relationships, and providing strategic insights. The Assistant Marketing Manager will also help manage project timelines, track key performance metrics, and collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure the marketing department’s objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
Assist in the development and execution of offline marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events. Track performance, gather insights, and adjust strategies . Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on research findings to improve campaign strategies. Assist in segmentation and targeting strategies for various customer profiles. Event Coordination:
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and promotions.
Support logistics, coordination, and
communication
with vendors, partners, and attendees. Data Tracking & Reporting:
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through analytics tools and key performance indicators (KPIs).Help with preparing performance reports, including metrics on engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates.
Make recommendations for optimizing future marketing efforts based on data insights.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales, product, and customer service teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners for campaign execution and deliverables. Skills and
Qualifications:

Education:
Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:
2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a related industry.
