About the Job: Â An
exciting
opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Manager – Marketing  in Burj Al Arab . The Assistant Manager will support the Senior Directors of Corporate Hotel & F&B Marketing in implementing and managing comprehensive and integrated marketing and
communication
strategies for the Brand, ensuring alignment with the luxury positioning and global identity of Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts and achievement of commercial targets.
Provide support to the Senior Directors of Corporate Hotel & F&B Marketing on the implementation of marketing strategies and initiatives and day-to-day marketing operations. Act as a brand steward, ensuring all internal and third-party marketing and communications efforts align with the brand strategy and support the overall business objectives. Develop brand, commercial and operational assets and collateral and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
Support the Senior Directors of Corporate Hotel & F&B Marketing in creating and managing engaging and differentiating content for multiple products (e.g., rooms, F&B, spa, C&I etc.) across multiple platforms, adhering to Jumeirah’s Visual Style Guidelines and approval processes. Provide planning and operational support for photo and video shoots, ensuring that operational processes and visual style guidelines are always adhered to.
Copywriting, design, editing and production of flyers, posters, direct mailers, and online materials such as brochures, presentations, emails, infographics, videos, and newsletters. Maintain the hotel’s image library – ensure that all assets are recent and aligned with brand standards. Support the Senior Directors of Corporate Hotel & F&B Marketing in activating strategic luxury partnerships, and collaborations to support the achievement of brand positioning and commercial goals.
