As an Assistant Manager/Manager for Sales & Marketing in the Health & Daily Beauty (HDB) business, you will be managing and overseeing both the Singapore and Malaysia markets for all LG Household Brands.
You are responsible for managing the overall relationship with key accounts. This includes developing and executing marketing & sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring
customer satisfaction
.
Key Responsibilities
(this includes but is not limited to):
Explore new market opportunities by building networks with distributors, chain stores, pharmacies, supermarkets, etc.
Work closely with distributors to monitor brand activity and sales turnover for company household brands.
Plan marketing initiatives to promote the brand, create awareness, and establish a household brand name in both trade markets and e-commerce.
Develop brand marketing plans and ensure implementation aligns with the agreed brand strategy and company goals.
Initiate periodic brand, sales, and marketing reviews, making recommendations and actions to meet brand goals.
Monitor market and consumer trends, conduct analyses, and make recommendations where appropriate.
Ensure the efficient and effective implementation of various marketing programs.
Attend to all trade and consumer inquiries efficiently and appropriately.
Monitor competitors’ activities closely and make recommendations and initiate appropriate actions where necessary.
Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Key Requirements:
Minimum qualification in Sales/Marketing/Business Administration or a similar discipline.
Minimum of three years’ experience in a fast-moving consumer goods key account management environment. Priority will be given to those with brand management and product development experience in FMCG companies.
