Americana Restaurants is looking for Assistant Marketing Manager who will support the marketing team in executing and optimizing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role involves managing marketing campaign management, market research, and performance tracking to ensure the effective delivery of marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. He will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams.
Responsibilities
Participate in setting and developing annual marketing plans to meet the annual objectives.
Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic
Assist in managing media Channels includes websites, mobile apps, and email/CRM as per the
marketing calendar
Supervises the implementation of marketing programs which may affect brands image, maximize the profitability and sales figures in low seasons and analyses its impact on the business.
Propose new and creative approaches to retain, upselling, and cross-selling to expand
customer base.
Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
Ensure & monitor the availability of all marketing materials needed to run all marketing programs, makes sure of its accuracy, reports to Marketing Manager with new needs and ratios of consumption
Ensures that programs designed and implemented matches the annual budget set for the programs and manages overhead costs attributed to the project implementation.
Maintains open communications with all Operations team, to follow up the proper implementation of marketing plans.
Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution and regularly the stores to ensure proper implementation of the brand strategies.
Qualifications and requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar.
6-8 years of experience in marketing position.
Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software such as HubSpot Marketing, Google analytics and Bitrix24
Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
