Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Property Manager role located in Dubai at SBK Real Estate. The Assistant Property Manager will be responsible for assisting in lease management, tenant relations, property inspections, rent collection, and maintenance coordination. They will also support the Property Manager in day-to-day operations and decision-making.
Qualifications
Property Management, Renewals Management, and Tenant Relations skills
Experience in property inspections and maintenance coordination
Rent Collection and Financial Management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of UAE rental laws and regulations
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Proficiency in property management software is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
Salary : up to 15000
