Role Description

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and analytical skills and will be responsible to propose to clients on brand strategy and exposure aimed at fostering lifelong customer and fan loyalty. Key objectives include enhancing audience engagement metrics and boosting positive brand sentiment.

This role involves understanding customer needs and pain points to develop targeted marketing campaigns and suggest product improvements or new features to the product team.

Responsibilities

Researching, developing, and implementing brand strategies for clients that address client’s brand positioning, personality, promise, and differentiators.

Executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and communication tactics to achieve client’s goals

Ensuring client’s brand consistency and the highest standard in execution.

Identifying and tracking key performance metrics, adjusting marketing strategies, and managing budgets for clients.

Collaborating with marketing department, research and development, design, and product teams to ensure a coherent and consistent overall brand strategy

Staying up to date with market trends and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies

Tracking competitor activity and ensuring client brand strategy is based on market trends and consumer needs

Ensuring client’s brand messaging and visual identity remain consistent across all communication channels

Developing guidelines, style guides, and training processes to ensure all departments follow brand standards

Manage a team of sub-ordinates and ensure team achievement and excellence. (For Senior Manager position)

Requirements

Possess a Degree in any field

Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in the Media Industry or Sales & Business Development, preferably within an agency or media environment.

Good interpersonal, presentation, project management, problem solving & communication skills

Self-motivated, initiative, able to work independently as well as in a team
