Key Responsibilities

Assist in content planning, scheduling, and coordination to ensure deadlines are met.
Organize and maintain content assets, editorial calendars, and project files.
Support and participate in drafting, editing, and formatting marketing materials.
Conduct research on industry trends, audience insights, and competitor content.
Assist in managing content distribution across various platforms, including websites and social media.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, take notes, and track action items.
Liaise with influencers, designers, and marketing teams to facilitate content production.
Provide administrative support, including documenting and organizing files.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, design, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Passion for creativity, branding, and design.
Work Authorization in the US is required. (Sponsorship is NOT available for this position.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
