Assistant Vice President of Brand Content and Creative Jobs in College Station, TX at Texas A&M University

Lone Star Neurology, a growing outpatient neurology practice located in Frisco with 16 clinics across North Texas, is seeking an Entry-Level Healthcare Marketing or Physician Liaison for the area west of I-35. The Physician Liaison will be required to attend team meetings at our Frisco clinic on Mondays but should be able to work independently and stay organized, even with limited experience. This role is focused on developing, managing, and expanding relationships with physicians. Responsibilities may include relationship building, marketing, public relations, customer service, and coordinating patient referrals. The position includes training at our Frisco clinic and work at our Grapevine, Ft. Worth, Arlington, and Denton locations.

Essential Duties:

Cultivate, expand, and maintain professional relationships with both new and existing physician partners
Maintain a consistent presence in the community with identified physician partners
Develop and implement marketing strategies approved by the marketing manager
Create and execute a weekly call plan with guidance from the marketing manager
Share marketing updates, educational materials, and relevant market trends with physician partners
Provide regular, consistent communication about the organization’s quality, competencies, and unique offerings
Facilitate communication between Lone Star Neurology staff and physician partners to foster relationships and assist with problem-solving
Stay knowledgeable about healthcare compliance
Continuously work to improve Lone Star Neurology’s image in the healthcare community
Ensure safe care for patients, adhering to policies, procedures, and standards within budgetary specifications, including time and supply management, productivity, and accuracy
Perform additional duties as required

Qualifications:

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience:
Customer service and critical thinking skills applicable to this role.

Licenses/Certifications:
None required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
