AT&T’s Marketing & Growth Organization delivers cutting-edge advertising that elevate AT&T’s historic brand and put the customer at the forefront of everything we do. The Research, Analytics and Impact team is looking for an

innovative

and experienced marketing professional to lead our Advertising, Messaging and Retail Research group and drive senior-level decision making through strong research programs. The Associate Director will lead a team of five direct reports along with several external partners and their activities.

and thinking strategically across measurement platforms to deliver unified, clear analyses.

Key responsibilities for this position include:

Manage and Execute Media Test and Learn Measurement:

Design and measure quality experiments that meet best-in-class experimental design principles for marketing and media supporting AT&T’s product portfolio

Manage end-end experimentation process from hypothesis development to test design, execution, measurement and insights delivery

Provide thought

leadership

for best measurement tools and methodologies to answer key strategic questions in driving sales, media effectiveness and value to our customers

Work with cross-functional partners, to align on test parameters, timing and socializing learnings

Supervise data reporting, collection,

quality control

and client delivery / presentation for test and learn projects

Develop media insights for AT&T’s Consumer and Business organizations:

Influence business decisions through persuasive presentation of key insights and solutions to marketing executives

Generate crisp insights on AT&T media effectiveness and develop actionable recommendations for cross-functional partners and senior executives

Manage Team of Analyst in delivering best-in-class Experiments to drive growth Ensure measurement frameworks and platforms reflect best-in-class methodology.

Identify opportunities to elevate tools and testing capabilities to put the customer at the forefront of decision making

Develop our talent and position team members to expertly support partner organizations.  Build strong, productive working relationships across the Research, Analytics & Impact team Provide ongoing direction and management to a team of research vendors
