About The Company
Our client is a highly diversified global investment manager with over $45 billion in AUM investing for a range of credit, real estate, private equity, and permanent capital investment strategies. The Associate will be part of the Capital Formation group at the firm and will assist the sales team with various aspects of the fundraising process for prospective investors.
Responsibilities
Assist the sales team to develop and create fund materials and coordinate the due diligence process for prospective investors within wire houses, independent/regional broker deals, and RIAs
Assist the sales team on qualitative deliverables such as RFPs and DDQs
Implement and maintain the website for the firm’s products focused on PWS
Develop white papers, market insights, and educational thought pieces on alternative investments, private credit, and real estate strategies
Assist with preparing content to educate the PWS community on the credit and real estate business platform
Assist in the coordination of annual investor meetings including planning and creation of materials
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
5 years of marketing experience within financial services and/or alternative investment industry
Strong experience developing educational narrative on complex topics within alternative investments
Strong graphic design experience to create presentations and educational thought pieces
Experience developing websites
Salary Range
$120,000-$150,000
