Job Description:
We seek a skilled Marketing Manager with a diverse background in branding and lead generation via digital, print, social, and broadcast advertising. This role involves understanding and experience in content creation, marketing automation, CRM management, and strategic planning. The successful candidate will lead our marketing strategies, manage multiple brands, and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
Lead generation and full funnel management
Develop and execute marketing strategies across multiple brands
Manage all digital and traditional marketing campaigns
Oversee content creation and distribution
Utilize marketing automation and CRM systems
Analyze marketing performance data
Coordinate with external vendors and agencies
Manage marketing budgets
Lead and develop the marketing team
Identify growth opportunities
Collaborate with events and sales teams
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, email marketing)
Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Excellent understanding of branding, marketing strategy, and budget management
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Creative mindset with a passion for branding and storytelling through photo and video content
Track record of building and leading successful marketing teams and initiatives
Experience working with agencies and managing multiple brands in a fast-paced environment
Marketing agency experience is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
