Opportunity:

This role reports to the Director of Brand Marketing and closely collaborates withcross-functional teamsacross digital, social, PR, promotions and product development teams. This Associate Brand Marketing Manager role will be instrumental in helping to develop and execute on the company’s 360° brand marketing strategies, ensuring consistent,innovativemessaging across digital, social, retail, and PR channels. They will also help lead the go-to-market strategies for new product launches, coordinating aholistic approachthat maximizes brand impact and consumer engagement and will partner with our data and insights team to ensure brand decisions are made with best-in-class data-driven understandings.

Qualifications:

Requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of related experience; or advanced degree with 2 years of experience; or equivalent work experience.

Skincare or Beauty experience desired.

Proven expertise in creating and executing 360° campaigns across all consumer touchpoints.

Understanding of omnichannel and digital marketing strategies.

Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage partnerships.

Strong written and verbalcommunication skills, with a talent for storytelling and ability to communicate simply and succinctly.

Analytical mindset, capable of translating data into actionable insights.

High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PPT.

Responsibilities:

Ability to collect, analyze and derive business and/or customer insights working with the insights and analytics team to shape strategic brand positioning and identify opportunities for disruptive campaigns.

Collect and share-out post-campaign learnings to inform future campaigns/activations.

Help manage Brand Marketing calendar and Creative Brief process, ensuring we are hitting key milestones and crucial shareout moments with key stakeholders.

Help manage product portfolio to include new product development, SKU rationalization, mix strategies, and profitoptimization.
