Content Marketing Coordinator
Alchemer is seeking a detail-oriented content marketing coordinator. A member of the content marketing team and broader marketing team, this person will support marketing content creation and go-to-market strategy for Alchemer.
The ideal candidate will possess strong writing and editing skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once. Key Responsibilities
Write and publish engaging blog posts, social media content, emails and additional content as needed
Assist in maintaining a well-organized content library and editorial calendar
Repurpose existing content into different formats (e.g., turning blog posts into infographics or social media content)
Organize and repurpose existing content across different formats
Optimize content for SEO and user engagement
Support the content team with research, proofreading, and administrative tasks
Help track content performance metrics and compile reports
Ensure all content is on-brand and consistent in style and tone
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices and bring new ideas to the table
Ability to think critically and creatively to generate new ideas for marketing and research activities
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in content marketing or related field
Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with content management systems and basic SEO principles
Experience with email marketing platforms and social media management tools
Proficient time-management skills with capacity to set priorities and meet deadlines
Ability to react to shifting priorities and manage multiple projects at once
The Ideal Candidate:
1-2 years of related experience
Experience with marketing tools & technology (CMS platform experience preferred)
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficient time-management skills with capacity to set priorities and meet deadlines
Ability to react to shifting priorities and manage multiple projects at once
Team player with the ability to build relationships and achieve team goals
Bonus skills:
Familiarity with AI tools
Video editing skills
Qualifications:
The successful candidate should be detail-oriented with good verbal and written communication skills, have excellent research and computer skills, and a positive attitude
Prior experience working on a marketing, product or sales team
Strong writing and editing skills, storytelling expertise, a sharp eye for detail, and the capability to manage multiple projects at once
Experience writing various marketing content, including blog posts, social media posts, case studies, e-guides, or other promotional materials.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (good at listening and asking questions)
Proficient with Microsoft products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to learn new platforms
