Job Purpose
Work with team members to plan, execute and manage marketing communications activities. Engagement and management of Great Eastern Rewards partners to execute customer engagement activities and initiatives for Great Eastern Rewards Mobile App. These activities and initiatives are in support of brand leadership to deliver unique customer experience.
The Role:
Conceptualize and develop engaging and on-brand artworks / visuals for different communication channels.
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas for contents with copywriting.
Develop and execute Digital and social media engagement contents.
Execute and manage merchant activities – merchant sponsorships, acquisition of Hero Offers, organizing roadshows and events.
Plan and execute merchant education, drive usage of mobile apps and merchant reporting.
Execute the development of merchant marketing collaterals with advertising agencies.
Assist in content and campaign management on merchant offers for Great Eastern Rewards App and e-newsletters.
Execute and manage corporate merchant activities – sponsorships, roadshows, workshops and events.
Plan, manage and execute Great Eastern Rewards Campaign set up and testing of campaign in MLEB system.
Undertake adhoc projects as assigned by management from time to time.
Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
Highlight any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.

The Person:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in loyalty/rewards programmes, merchant acquisition and events management.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Has a keen eye for details, comes with conceptual thinking and good in marketing planning, negotiations and operations.
Proactive and positive attitude.
Must be prepared to travel outstation, as and when required.
Able to work on weekends, as and when required.
High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
