Job Description
AVR Global Technologies is a custom cable & wire harness manufacturing company in San Marcos, CA. We are seeking an experienced e-commerce/marketing specialist to run our e-commerce platforms, such as: Amazon, Digi-Key, Verical, etc. This role optimizes and maintains product listings, drives online sales growth, and oversees advertising campaigns. This person will collaborate with our sales and operations departments.
Job Duties
Develop and implement strategies to optimize online sales performance across various e-commerce platforms.
Work with manufacturing teams to ensure project timelines.
Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Manage product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling content, images, and pricing.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to enhance the online shopping experience and customer satisfaction.
Implement promotions and campaigns to boost sales and customer engagement.
Maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences to tailor strategies accordingly.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $65,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
