Mattingly-Ford Title Services is a regional title company serving the Kentucky-Ohio-Indiana region. As a title company, we facilitate the closing process for residential and commercial real estate transactions. We pride ourselves on providing excellent services to buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and lenders across the region. We are looking for an experienced and motivated salesperson to help us grow our business.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that allows us to increase our business while fostering our existing relationships within the title industry. We are looking for someone who can craft a sales vision and put it into practice.
2. Running marketing campaigns both in person and in digital spaces.
3. Managing our existing sales team, which currently contains five people.
4. Leading monthly sales meetings.
Job Qualifications:
We are looking for a motivated individual who possesses communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Our Sales and Marketing Manager will be expected to oversee multiple projects at a time and meet a variety of deadlines. We also desire a candidate who understands online marketing strategies (including the use of CRM). Knowledge of our industry is not required, but we would consider it a plus. Finally, we would prefer applicants with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, real estate, or a related field.
A note on base salary:
A successful Sales and Marketing Manager will be able to increase base salary through a commission system. More information to be provided upon interview.
