Position Summary

As an Account Manager, you’ll be the key point of contact for a portfolio of 30-35 clients, ensuring their success across PPC advertising, SEO, social media marketing, and website development projects.

The role is both client-facing and project-driven, acting as both a Client Success Manager and Internal Project Manager. You will guide strategy, oversee execution, and drive results while fostering long-term client relationships.

This position offers the opportunity to grow within the agency, with the potential to help lead the account management team based on initial performance.

What you will be doing…

-> Client Success Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of 30-35 clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
Collaborate with clients to establish clear objectives, KPIs, and strategies tailored to their needs, with a focus on search engine marketing.
Proactively monitor and optimize account health, ensuring consistent delivery of value and addressing challenges before they escalate.
Conduct regular client meetings to present performance updates, strategic recommendations, and actionable insights.

-> Strategic Insights & Reporting

Analyze campaign and project performance data to uncover trends, identify optimization opportunities, and guide strategic actions.
Deliver clear, actionable performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
Share insights and best practices across teams to drive overall agency growth and client success.

-> Internal Project Management

Coordinate and oversee the execution of PPC, SEO, social media and website projects across cross-functional teams.
Develop detailed project scopes, timelines, and milestones to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Act as the central communication hub between clients and internal teams, establishing alignment and accountability.
Continuously refine internal processes to enhance efficiency and quality across all client engagements.

Take ownership of client success and internal collaboration, mentoring junior team members as needed.
Demonstrate leadership qualities with a commitment to growing within the agency.
Contribute to shaping the future of the Account Management team by implementing innovative strategies and processes.

Qualifications & Requirements

-> Proven Experience

3+ years in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in account management roles combining client success and project management.
Strong expertise in PPC (Google Ads) and SEO—you know how to create and manage successful campaigns.
Excellent communication skills—you’re comfortable leading conversations with both clients and internal teams.
Strong organizational skills—you can juggle multiple clients, projects, and deadlines with efficiency.
Data-driven approach, with the ability to analyze marketing data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

-> Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
PMP certification or equivalent project management training is a plus.

-> Technical Skills

Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Google Analytics) and CRM software.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Zoho Projects, Trello, Monday.com).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
