Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Director to lead our
agency’s profit and sales growth. The ability to generate new business and
growing our existing accounts in e-commerce, B2B and B2C
segments.
The ideal candidate will provide leadership, supervision, support to our internal
team and independent sales to achieve our goals.
This position works closely with the CEO in USA and our operations team based
in Vietnam and Australia.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
● Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company
goals and targets.
● Scale revenue-focused processes and implement data-driven strategies.
● Develop services, procedures, and policies that optimize sales revenue.
● Managing team operating performance, making adjustments to ensure revenue
goals are met.
● Provide coaching and growth opportunities, fostering a culture of accountability
and continuous improvement.
Client Relationships and Collaboration
● Serve as the primary contact for key projects, building and deepening senior-
level relationships.
● Work cross-functionally with internal teams to create cohesive strategies and
support customer-centric initiatives.
● Oversee project planning, execution, and performance analysis to ensure client
success and satisfaction.
● Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and client
experience.
What we are looking for
● A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with a minimum of five years working as sale
leader for similar digital marketing firms.
● Proven success in lead generation bringing in new clients and meeting the target
from time to time.
● Expertise in digital marketing and advertising, services including content marketing,
SEO, SEM and fluent using CRM , AI, audit tool and other platforms.
● E-commerce experience with Amazon and other major platforms.
● Comfortable in fast-paced environments with changing priorities. Strong
consultative sales consultant skills and customer-centric mindset.
Compensation.
This role is a sales and management role with a incentive compensation plan and performance bonuses. The base compensation will be between $50,000 – $60,000 and the On Target Earnings will be between $100,000 – $170,000. Prior sales and marketing leadership and management experience in a digital marketing firm is a requirement for this role.
