We are locally owned and operated in the DFW area. We are seeking a Marketing Assistant responsible for supporting marketing initiatives according to the Texas Secure Title marketing plan possessing a strong desire to work in a true team-oriented environment that provides layers of support for you to exceed your professional goals, and offer the best client experience in the industry.
The ideal candidate has proven success with effectively scheduling lead activity campaigns, retention campaigns, social media management, event planning and coordination, extraordinary customer interaction, and the delivery of marketing collateral (written and graphical) needed in support of all sales and marketing efforts. The Marketing Assistant’s primary focus is to support the sales efforts of the Escrow Officers by managing follow up activities and supporting sales activities.
Responsibilities
Manage social media accounts across multiple platforms and create compelling content to attract and retain customers.
Assist with the planning and implementation of marketing and email campaigns.
Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with sales goals.
Maintain marketing calendars, manage contact lists, schedule meetings, plan events, and coordinate event logistics.
Contribute ideas for marketing materials and brainstorm new campaign concepts.
Assist in budgeting and managing marketing campaigns, ensuring effective use of resources.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
Proficiency in CRM systems and social media platforms
Strong proficiency and interest in creative writing
Strong editing and proofreading skills
Strong computer skills in Canva, HubSpot, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and Power Point), and digital marketing tools
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to influence and motivate others without direct authority
Experience engaging with senior leadership
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
Eagerness to learn advanced marketing and communication principles
Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and manage budgets
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $37,000.00 – $41,600.00 per year
