Job DescriptionHere’s what you should know:The Associate Director of Marketing and Recruitment will oversee the intersection of marketing strategy, student enrollment, and staff recruitment efforts across our three regions. Reporting to the Managing Director of Marketing, Communications, and Enrollment, the Associate Director will be responsible for crafting compelling messaging, managing and executing cross-platform advertising campaigns, and refining value propositions for individual schools and the network. This role requires strong strategic thinking, creativity, and a results-driven approach.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:Enrollment & Recruitment Marketing:

Develop and implement annual marketing plans and editorial calendars to support student and staff recruitment

Collaborate with SRE & Talent to create marketing materials and campaigns for student & staff recruitment.

Collaborate with school leaders and stakeholders to refine and communicate school and network-level value propositions.

Develop clear and impactful messaging for diverse audiences, including prospective families, staff, and community stakeholders.

Lead content strategy for all social media platforms, including Meta and LinkedIn, to engage families, staff, and the broader community.

Campaign Execution & Content Management:

Manage digital platforms, including websites, social media accounts, and HubSpot marketing campaigns.

Segment and analyze target audiences to tailor outreach efforts effectively.

Oversee digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms, Google Ads, and other digital channels.

Manage email campaign creation, including writing and editing

Track digital performance metrics and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.

Manage lead generation systems in Newark, Camden, and Miami, ensuring region-specific strategies.

Analyze results and provide data-driven recommendations to achieve enrollment and recruitment goals
