Compensation:
$30,000 – $300,000 Annually – Commission-Based
Responsibilities:
Design and implement strategic marketing campaigns to generate leads and attract new clients.
Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients through referrals, networking, and digital marketing efforts.
Foster long-term relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service and consistent follow-ups.
Create engaging content and materials to support sales efforts, including presentations, email campaigns, and social media posts.
Foster long-term relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service and consistent follow-ups.
Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to optimize strategies and ensure campaign success.
Guide clients through the insurance application process, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.

Qualifications:
Must have or be willing to obtain an Insurance License within the next 90 days.
U.S. work authorization is required.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including email marketing, social media, and CRM systems. (Preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and networking abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
Basic proficiency in tools such as Zoom, Microsoft PowerPoint, and web browsers.
