Position Summary
The Sr. Director of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing Intercare Therapy’s comprehensive marketing strategy, with a focus on elevating the brand, driving client acquisition, and fostering strong community relationships. This role will lead the company’s brand refresh initiative, working closely with a brand agency to modernize our visual identity and messaging while maintaining our commitment to clinical excellence.
The Director of Marketing will also manage the Field Marketing Sr. Manager, who is responsible for community outreach, client referrals, and local marketing programs. This position reports to the Senior Vice President, People Operations and Strategic Growth and has significant influence on the strategic direction of the organization.
Salary Range
$130,000 – $145,000, plus bonus and benefits

Key Responsibilities
Brand Identity Development
Serve as the key liaison between Intercare Therapy and the brand agency managing the comprehensive brand refresh project
Provide strategic guidance and input on all aspects of the brand refresh, including visual identity updates, messaging, and brand guidelines
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, digital platforms, and customer touchpoints
Develop and implement processes to maintain brand integrity and adherence to guidelines
Digital Marketing Strategy
Lead the redesign and ongoing optimization of the Intercare Therapy website, incorporating best practices for user experience and conversion
Develop and execute a content marketing strategy, including the creation of educational articles, guides, and resources
Oversee email and SMS based marketing campaigns to engage prospective and current clients with informative and compelling content
Manage social media channels, including paid advertising on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Community Outreach and Partnerships
Oversee the Field Marketing Manager’s efforts to cultivate referral relationships with pediatricians, developmental specialists, and other healthcare providers
Support the establishment of collaborative partnerships with local schools and special education programs
Provide guidance on the organization of community events, workshops, and sponsorships to raise awareness of Intercare Therapy’s services
Foster a positive reputation and encourage client testimonials and online reviews
Sales Strategy and Client Acquisition
Develop and implement a data-driven sales strategy to drive new client acquisition, in collaboration with the Field Marketing Manager
Support in the strategic marketing of future diagnostic services to build pipeline of potential clients for Behavioral Health services
Leverage case studies and client data to demonstrate the efficacy of Intercare Therapy’s services
Analytics and Performance Tracking
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives
Build out of Salesforce based customer relationship management (CRM) system workflows and best practices to track leads, referrals, and client interactions
Analyze marketing data and generate reports to inform strategy and optimize campaigns
Team Management
Provide leadership and strategic direction to the Field Marketing Manager
Set goals, monitor performance, and support professional development for the marketing team
Foster a collaborative, data-driven, and goal-oriented culture within the marketing function
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
7+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in digital marketing and brand management
Demonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies
Proven track record of leading brand refresh or rebranding initiatives
Excellent project management and collaboration skills
Proficiency in data analysis and performance reporting
Experience managing and mentoring a marketing team
Familiarity with the healthcare or behavioral health services industry is preferred
