M, the world’s largest media investment company and are a part of WPP. LÁtelier the agency is dedicated to managing a global Luxury client and we are currently looking for an integrated Associate Director to join us.

As an integrated Associate Director, you’ll have responsibility for running a portfolio of high-profile maisons spanning across multiple categories – Fashion, Perfumes, Beauty and Cosmetics and Wine and Spirits, with services scope focused on delivering superior communications, planning and overseeing media campaign implementation management.

There is frequent client contact. In this role, you will manage & oversee all aspects of client’s advertising to meet client objectives and be the primary point of contact for clients and other internal specialised units for your assigned accounts.

Responsibilities of the role:

Taking client briefs and managing them through planning through to buying, delivery and execution, to post campaign reports and billing

Oversee and

quality control

of media monitoring, proof of performance, campaign

optimization

, and post-analysis to ensure client objectives are met Anticipate, review and present point-of-views on media trends, issues, developments, and opportunities

Develop and maintain a strong relationship with clients and have a good understanding of our client’s business

Develop and maintain a good relationship with key media vendors and internal teams

Managing senior executive or executive to ensure their continued development

What you will need:

Minimum 4-5 years relevant experience in a media or advertising agency

Experienced in a client-facing role Comfortable on high profile accounts that require

resilience

and high EQ to effectively communicate to a multi-level client structure – local, regional and global

Strong digital and performance background. Direct to consumer performance experience would be an advantage

Analytical and evidence based, and

calm under pressure
