We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. You will engage with customers, assist with product selections, and contribute to the overall success of our retail operations.
Responsibilities
– Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their shopping needs.
– Demonstrate product knowledge and conduct engaging product demos to enhance customer experience.
– Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking shelves and arranging merchandise.
– Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory levels and assist in stock management.
– Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction.
– Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems while maintaining phone etiquette during calls.
– Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and promote store initiatives.
– Stay informed about current promotions, products, and services to effectively communicate with customers.
-Social media and/or marketing experience helpful.
Requirements

Demonstrate Styling excellence and passion for sharing with our customers.
Ability to create outfits that match the customers style/needs.
Experience selling in a clothing boutique and/or specialty store.
Strong communication skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
– A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to stand on your feet for majority of the shift.
*Weekends are required.
