We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our e-commerce platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of social media trends and tools.
Duties
Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across various platforms.
Manage daily social media activities including content creation, scheduling, posting, and monitoring interactions.
Utilize social listening tools to analyze audience behavior and preferences, adjusting strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Conduct SEO analysis to optimize content for search engines, enhancing visibility on platforms like Google.
Create visually appealing videos and pictures for social media using CapCut or Canva and similar platforms.
Proofread all content before publication to ensure accuracy and consistency in messaging.
Maintain relationships with public relations teams to promote brand initiatives through social channels.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth or improvement.
Experience
Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and their integration with social media marketing efforts.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to social media content.
Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite for content creation (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in written communication.
Experience in public relations is a plus, particularly in managing brand reputation online.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
