Universal Robina Corporation is looking for an Associate, Internal Communication and Corporate Employee Programs.

A Chapter Lead – Agile Coach at URC (Universal Robina Corporation) would be responsible for leading and mentoring a group of Agile practitioners, known as a “chapter,” to ensure the effective adoption and continuous improvement of Agile methodologies across the organization. This role combines elements of coaching, leadership, and strategic planning to foster an Agile culture that enhances collaboration, efficiency, and value delivery.

Employee Engagement

What are the Job Responsibilities:

Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events, consistent with organization calendar, insights from employee survey and HRBP alignment.

Support the distribution of employee surveys and analyze feedback.

Collaborate with various departments to promote engagement initiatives.

Maintain and update employee engagement content on internal communication platforms.

Internal Mobility

Assist in the administration of internal job postings and career development programs.

Assist in setting up the Talent Marketplace with skills foundation, in coordination with HRBPs and platform supplier representatives.

Coordinate with hiring managers and HR to facilitate internal transfers and promotions.

Track and report on internal mobility metrics and trends.

Provide support and guidance to employees seeking internal career opportunities via process in the system.

Administrative Support

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to employee engagement and internal mobility.

Prepare reports and presentations for management review.

Handle general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and responding to inquiries.

What Are The Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, or related fields.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Experience in event management and stakeholder engagement.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
