ASSOCIATE MANAGER, AD OPERATIONS Jobs in Santa Monica, CA at Cella
We are looking for collaborative, team player that is interested in joining our Customer Service Team as a customer service representative. This position will act as a liaison providing product/services information and assist in resolving any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk. Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Customer feedback is priceless, and these CSRs can gather that for you. Problem-solving comes naturally to customer care specialists. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve customer complaints. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Processing Daily Sales Order (EDI, Web, and Call-In), including importing and exporting sales information, processing picklists, creating shipping labels, invoicing orders.
Customer Service – Answering customer questions and requests (Phone and E-mail)
Tracking orders
Sales support, as needed.
Marketing support, as needed.
Skills
College Degree or College Experience.
Experience processing orders via EDI preferred.
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Looking for an eager learner who can be a collaborative, team player.
