Key Responsibilities:
Marketing:
Update the website weekly with new training videos and templates
Design content for individual agents and company-wide campaigns using Canva
Create onboarding materials through Canva to enhance the agent experience as soon as they start with Greater Impact Realty as a new or transfer agent
Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) by posting regularly, scheduling content and engaging with followers.
Promote events through social media and internal communication channels
Design birthday posts, monthly educational calendars, annual awards presentations, and monthly team time presentations through Canva
Manage email and social media announcements for important events and company updates
Interact with social media by responding to comments, direct messages, and engaging with agent posts
Ensure compliance with marketing and brand standards in all content
Keep Google Business profiles updated and optimized for visibility
Communication:
Attend weekly staff meetings
Participate in follow-up meetings with leadership to discuss marketing progress and initiatives
Collaborate with agents through the internal Facebook group to gather information on open houses, featured listings and other content for posts.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proficient in Canva for designing high-quality digital and print materials that agents are able to access
Strong knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
Experience using and managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
Basic understanding of marketing principles and best practices
Preferred Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field
Previous experience in real estate marketing is a plus, but not required
