We are seeking a Healthcare Marketing & Outreach Coordinator to establish referral relationships and connect our practice with clients, families, providers, and community organizations. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build experience in healthcare marketing, referral outreach, and community engagement while making a meaningful impact.
Position Overview
The Healthcare Marketing & Outreach Coordinator will play a key role in promoting our services and building strong referral partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, attending events, and helping people access needed healthcare services.

Who We’re Looking For:
Healthcare or Therapy Knowledge (Preferred) – Background in healthcare, therapy, behavioral health, or medical sales is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills – enjoys networking and relationship-building.
Self-motivated and organized – able to manage outreach efforts independently.
Familiarity with the Hampton Roads area (preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace – Ability to create reports, track referrals, and manage email communications efficiently.
Flexibility & Willingness to Travel Locally – Should be comfortable attending in-person meetings, events, and delivering marketing materials.
