Job Description:
Location – Bangalore
The role will be a crucial part of the Content Centre of Excellence (CCOE) at Infosys, a core component of the Marketing team. The candidate will report into the global head of the CCOE. This role will entail ensuring that all organizational content is clear, crisp, pertinent, accessible, and compelling, across touch points. Besides writing and editing multiple types of content assets, the candidate will also be working as a trusted advisor, with various unit and corporate marketing teams as well as key agency partners on a daily basis.
The candidate should be a rapid learner, and contribute to building and evolving the CCOE, leading to the creation of meaningful impact. The role will strongly involve taking the initiative and driving activities to closure, while setting up requisite structures and enhancing content performance effectiveness across the website, social media, and all relevant channels. The candidate will also be responsible for ensuring consistency in content creation, to effectively engage
diverse
audiences while re-emphasizing organizational values and brand identity.

Responsibilities:
Ensuring creation of consistent and compelling content
Creating and prioritizing content plans
Being the primary point of contact for major agency partners
Driving the understanding of requirements and content briefing
Working consultatively with multiple unit marketing teams on a day-to-day basis
Working on corporate content elements
Reviewing and editing various types of content assets
Writing
impactful
content and creating meaningful, potent external messaging
Providing proactive recommendations on content, including for new offerings
Creating and driving content governance mechanisms across units and agency partners
Managing content deliverable trackers
Using and analyzing relevant technology tools to enable creation of
impactful
content
Supporting the creation of structures to evolve the content centre of excellence
Tracking and enhancing content performance effectiveness across channels
Requirements:
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in marketing, especially content marketing and operations
Master’s degree in marketing / communications / related fields, preferred
Knowledge and experience of tracking and enhancing content performance effectiveness
Deep experience of working with agency partners and internal content teams
Ability to collaborate

with multiple stakeholders and teams across global markets
Comfortable working with pertinent AI tools
