Your role at Clorox:Develop and implement Omnichannel marketing strategies and programs that drive shopper engagement and boost demand both in-store and online at Kroger.

Collaborate closely with retail partners and the field sales team to craft and implement integrated business plans, using deep shopper insights to optimize performance across all platforms

In this role, you will:

Leverages deep knowledge of Clorox/Brand objectives, customer strategies, and consumer/shopper insights to build tailored, customer-specific strategies and impactful business-building programs.

Seamlessly integrates retailer-specific marketing plans into the broader sales strategy to drive growth and alignment across all channels.

Lead the budgeting, planning and development of marketing programs at retailer from creative concept to execution.

Works within assigned budget to ensure effective and efficient spends. Gives input into strategies/plans based on pre/post event analysis.

Coordinates agency administrative management of budget.

Serves as the voice of the consumer to influence brand and retailer strategy.

Builds strong relationships with internal cross-functional teams and uses Omni/shopper marketing and retail tools, processes, resources.

Supports external (retailer/agency/vendor/marketing partner) relationships to ensure perfect execution of plans.

What we look for:

Experience

1-3 years of experience in CPG Brand Marketing, Omnichannel/Shopper/Customer Marketing (preferably at a leading CPG company), or CPG sales experience.

Previous experience working with Kroger preferred but not required.

BS/BA on Marketing or related experience.
