About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Associate Partner to join their consulting team in the Netherlands. This is a remote role, but you must be able to travel to client sites as needed. As an Associate Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving client relationships, leading high-impact initiatives, and shaping the future of our client’s consulting practice.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship & Development: Own and nurture senior client relationships, leveraging them to drive business growth and sell consulting solutions.
Value & Expertise: Bring thought leadership to market, develop new offerings, and demonstrate measurable financial impact in your platform area.
Sales Leadership: Master solutioning, pricing, and deal structuring to maximize revenue and margins. Maintain a strong sales pipeline.
People Development: Mentor consultants, align their work with firm goals, and lead training initiatives to elevate team capabilities.
Practice Leadership: Drive firm-building efforts, contribute at a national level, and deputize for practice leads when required.
Strategic Execution: Role-model leadership in sales, delivery, and practice management while inspiring teams to achieve excellence.
Who You Are
A seasoned consulting leader with a proven track record in client engagement, sales, and practice development.
Adept at negotiating and structuring large deals, with executive-level relationship-building skills.
Passionate about developing talent and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
Willing to travel as needed to support client engagements across the Netherlands.
