Responsibilities :
Own the post-purchase experience of a health insurance user on Navi app which includes the renewal and the claims experience
Represent the customer. Actively try to understand and build products and features by keeping customers in mind.
End to end ownership of customer and business metrics
Understand the needs of our customers and business to help define the roadmap for your product area
Develop a deep understanding of our customers and build the best product user experiences on their behalf through market research, experimentation, user testing, and data analysis
Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
Drive the cross-functional team (engineering, design, etc.) team to deliver on the product outcome
Key Skills Required :
1-3 years of product management experience, preferably on an app-based product
Empathy towards needs, concerns, and the experience of the end user of the product. A past experience of having improved the user experience will be a big plus
