Role Overview
Primary Function:
Support the CTO’s Office and
leadership
on strategic projects.
Focus Areas:
Product strategy, performance marketing, and cross-team
communication
.
Mindset:
High agency with an
entrepreneurial
, product centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
Work directly with the CTO and Founder’s Office on strategic initiatives.
Manage aspects of the product development process by conducting user research and feedback calls with our ICPs.
Produce clear, concise, and data-driven communications and reports.
Coordinate with
cross-functional teams
to meet project milestones.
Handle operational tasks and follow up on high-priority items.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in roles related to product, marketing, or operations.
Strong grasp of performance marketing principles.
Working knowledge of the AI domain.
Excellent written and verbal
communication skills
.
Proven ability to operate with high agency and work autonomously.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a Founder’s Office or similar high-responsibility environment.
Background in product management and startup operations.
Demonstrated success in executing or managing performance marketing strategies.
