Job Description
Develop social media content consistently in line with kumparan’s brand identity.
Conduct research and initiate, plan, and execute engagement content and campaigns on social media.
Manage social media operations, including scheduling, uploading, caption writing, and amplification.
Engage with followers on social media and understand the target audience for each platform.
Provide recommendations and strategic advice for kumparan’s social media presence.
Monitor the performance of kumparan’s social media content and campaigns, and prepare reports.
Requirements
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (S-1).
Applicants should have at least some experience as an intern in social media (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Tech-savvy with strong social media skills.
Interested in creating creative content such as infographics, Reels/TikTok, and video stories.
Experience in social media community management is a bonus.
