The role
Location:
India (mostly remote; onsite work may be required as needed) Software One is looking for an experienced APAC AWS Marketing Lead to drive our AWS marketing strategy and execution across the region. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in B2B technology marketing, particularly in cloud and AI, who can develop and run
impactful
campaigns, nurture leads and work closely with sales teams to accelerate growth.
You will be responsible for shaping our AWS marketing efforts in APAC — building awareness, driving demand, and strengthening our partnership with AWS. This includes developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, managing joint marketing initiatives with AWS, and ensuring marketing programs align with business objectives. This is a great opportunity for a marketing leader who wants to make a real impact — shaping how Software One grows its AWS business in APAC.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution – Develop and implement a regional AWS marketing strategy aligned with Software One’s overall AWS go-to-market plan. Campaign Development – Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, content, email, paid media, ABM) to generate demand and drive pipeline growth. AWS Partner & Ecosystem Marketing – Manage AWS co-marketing programs and collaborate with AWS to maximize visibility and funding opportunities.
Lead Nurturing & Engagement – Develop lead nurturing programs that move prospects through the funnel and improve conversion rates.
Collaboration
with Sales & Business Teams – Work closely with regional sales, services, and
leadership
teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals. Event & Webinar Management – Plan and execute AWS-focused events, webinars, and round tables to engage prospects and customers.
Performance Tracking &
Optimization
– Measure and report on key marketing KPIs, optimizing campaigns for better ROI. What we need to see from you Existing full-time work rights in India with the ability to work mostly remotely and occasionally onsite as needed. 10-12 years of experience in B2B technology marketing, preferably with AWS or cloud services experience. Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive measurable revenue growth.
Strong experience in demand generation, ABM, and digital marketing with a focus on lead generation and pipeline acceleration. Ability to collaborate across teams , aligning marketing with sales, business development, and executive
leadership
. Excellent
communication
, writing, and presentation skills.
Hands-on experience
with marketing automation tools, CRM systems (Salesforce), and analytics platforms. Experience managing AWS partner marketing programs and co-op funding is a plus.
