Your Core Role
The Growth & Marketing role at M7 Health is a unique opportunity to work closely with our CEO and contribute to a high-growth, mission-driven startup. You will play a critical role in driving awareness of M7, nurturing leads, supporting the sales journey, and amplifying M7’s impact through thoughtful, data-driven marketing and brand initiatives.
Responsibilities
Marketing and Demand Generation:
Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (e.g., email, social, events, partnerships) to engage prospects, generate leads, and support customer acquisition.
Experiment with messaging, creative, and channels to discover effective ways to connect with our target audience.
Build and maintain marketing collateral, including customer stories, case studies, and other enablement materials.
Conference and Event Planning:
Plan and execute conference-related activities, including booth setup, presentations, and marketing materials.
Organize targeted events around conferences (e.g., dinners, meetups, or speaking engagements) to connect with prospects and build relationships with key stakeholders.
Measure the impact of events on lead generation, brand awareness, and pipeline growth, and use insights to refine future strategies.
Brand Awareness and Thought Leadership:
Develop content that positions M7 Health as a thought leader in nursing workforce management (e.g., blog posts, newsletters, and industry insights).
Identify opportunities to amplify M7 Health’s presence through partnerships, media placements, and events.
Drive initiatives to measure brand impact, refining strategies to build trust and visibility.
Strategic Projects and Insights:
Conduct market research to uncover trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
Collaborate with leadership to design and execute special projects that drive growth and awareness.
Continuously evaluate marketing tools, platforms, and processes to improve efficiency and performance.
Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years of experience in Enterprise B2B Marketing (six and seven-figure ACVs)
Experience running both multi-channel digital campaigns and conferences (or event) marketing
Experience selling into a highly regulated industry – such as hospitals, banks, or elsewhere
