. In This Role, You’ll Have The Opportunity To:
Establish the inbound marketing strategy from scratch and execute on audacious goals that others would consider unattainable! Do point #1 in one third the time Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape. Define and segment the target audience based on industry, company size, geography, and other relevant factors. Implement email (and potentially other channels) campaigns to reach the target audience effectively Set measurable goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns.
Implement lead generation campaigns to acquire new business opportunities, including paid advertising Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals Analyze marketing data and metrics to evaluate the performance of campaigns. What we are looking for:
Previous SaaS Product marketing experience in scaling an organization during the 1-10 growth phase Previous marketing experience selling to HR/L&D audiences working at enterprises and government agencies 4-6 years of experience as a B2B marketer A strategic thinker Highly analytical
